Agency personnel are available to receive information requests every business day, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and at any time by e-mail.

You may submit an assessment request by means of a written application sent to the Agency's Scientific Branch. AETMIS makes it its mission to respond, within the shortest time possible, all the assessment requests it receives, and to ensure, in accordance with clearly-defined steps, that it follows up with all applicants associated with all records under review.
