Scientific team - Chantale Lessard
MSc (Outcome Research and Pharmacoeconomics)
Chantal Lessard holds a Pharmacy degree and a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with specialization in Outcomes Research and Pharmacoeconomics from the Université de Montréal. Currently pursuing a PhD in Public Health at the university’s Faculty of Medicine, her research interests focus on the role of economic evaluation in the decision-making process and its impact on clinical practice.
Ms. Lessard has worked as a clinical research associate in the pharmaceutical industry and as a consultant to other government organizations, such as the Comité de revue de l’utilisation des medicaments (Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec) and the Canadian Coordinating Office for Health Technology Assessment (CCOHTA). She has been a consulting researcher at AETMIS since 2000.
